DESCRIPTION:See Dinosaur Valley in a new light by finding out what nocturnal critters glow under UV! \nHike with us as we use UV lights to discover what creeps through the night! Some critters will glow under ultraviolet light\, such as scorpions and caterpillars! Come explore the park as our nocturnal creatures start to stir. \nSome UV flashlights will be provided; supplies limited. \nDifficulty: Easy (less than 1 mile) \nMeet: At the Main Track Site Parking Lot \nBring: UV flashlight\, regular flashlight\, water\, sturdy shoes \nCost: Free with park admission. Park admission is free with a Texas Parks Pass. \nWant to speed up your entry process? Reserve online in advance here. \nNote: If you do not reserve your day pass ahead of time online\, you will need to come with exact change or your Texas State Parks Pass to fill out a self-pay envelope at Park Headquarters. \nYou do not need to reserve a spot for this program\, it is included in a camping or day use permit.
